- Design assets and advertising materials
- Educational guides or books
- Consulting, training, or support services

- Custom made ad creative
All digital goods are delivered electronically—no physical items are shipped unless otherwise stated.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are entering the agreement as a business or professional user (not a consumer under EU law)
- Will not share, resell, or misrepresent the product for unauthorized use
4. Payments & Delivery
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized platforms
- Prices are listed in USD. EU VAT may apply where required by law
- Digital access to digital information products (books, templates, guides, SOPs) is typically delivered immediately via email or member login unless stated or agreed otherwise.
If you don’t receive access to a digital information product within 15 minutes, contact contact@hvacleadengine.com
5. Refunds & Warranty
We offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee for all products, including but not limited to:
- HVACLeadEngine course
- Standalone templates, SOPs, or books
- Creative template packs or similar digital goods that are not custom made
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@hvacleadengine.com
Exceptions: Consulting or service-based engagements are not refundable.
6. License & Intellectual Property
All digital content sold on this website is the intellectual property of WMB Sales OÜ.
Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal or business use within your own company.
You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute any product or file
- Use the content for client work unless explicitly licensed
- Copy or clone the structure, branding, or layout for resale
- Use materials to train AI systems, or incorporate them into public software tools
Violations will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific or any business results, lead volumes, or ad platform performance. Individual outcomes vary based on market conditions, budget, platform policies, and user implementation.
We are not responsible for:
- Meta/Facebook ad account issues (bans, disapprovals, etc.)
- Platform algorithm or policy changes
- Technical issues related to third-party tools or platforms
- Hosting platform issues
- Security breaches on 3rd party platforms such as hosting, email providers or similar
- Technical issues caused by 3rd party software, plugins or similar
- We will not be liable if our services provided do not comply with your local regulations
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.
Use of our products and services is at your own risk.
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using our services lawfully and ensuring that you comply with your local regulations
- Using our materials lawfully and in compliance with applicable advertising rules
- Securing your accounts, delivered assets and download links
- Ensuring your implementation aligns with Meta’s ad and business policies
Sharing login credentials or file access is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication.
Significant changes will be announced via email or on this site.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, under applicable European Union regulations.
Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia.
